Source posture
HOM3 asks you to trust mathematics, not companies — so it would be strange to ask you to trust us about the code. Here is exactly where the code stands, and what you can check yourself, today.
Closed-source, source-available
HOM3 is proprietary and licensed — not open-source, not free to fork or redistribute. But it is source-available for inspection: the architecture is documented in the white paper down to the mechanisms that enforce each claim, and the pieces that prove the thesis are published for you to read and run. You don’t have to take the marketing’s word for anything.
The standalone verifier — genuinely open
The provenance verifier — the tool that checks a signed, hash-linked record independently of HOM3 — is published openly. It’s the smallest honest unit of the whole thesis: proof that a chain HOM3 produced can be verified by code HOM3 didn’t run. Read it, run it, check our claims against it.

Verify your own copy
Every build’s SHA-256 is published at hom3.org/sha — compute your file’s hash and match it, byte-for-byte proof of the genuine master. And the payment addresses are issuer-signed: you verify them against the HOM3 public key, so a copycat site showing different addresses fails the check. That cryptographic signature — not merely that this page is on the right domain — is what proves where to pay.
Why not all of it, tonight?
Because honesty includes honesty about timing. Publishing an entire codebase is irreversible. The trust answer you need today is already here: a documented architecture, an open verifier, and a hash you can check. The rest follows, fresh and audited, in the open.
